using the website as an advertising platform

I understand the right to free speech, and the many ways to express it , but the advertising of another free speech site while degrading this site is wrong, especially when the individual doing it does nothing more than clog the forum with a constant barrage of ads ! this is being done by one individual under several names . How many pages can I open ?
